    Delivery Policy

  • Delivery and installation service is available in all neighborhoods of Riyadh.
  • Scheduling is arranged after full payment has been made.

    Installation Policy

  • A contractor may need to visit the site before installation to assess whether additional work is required.
  • Basic installation includes a 4-meter pipe kit for select AC units and excludes civil or electrical work.

      • Additional work costs:

    • Extra piping: 60–75 SAR per meter.
    • Outdoor unit base: 50 SAR.
    • Removal of old units: 150 SAR per unit.
    • Breaking existing piping requires 100 SAR if copper pipes are too close to the ceiling.
  • Drainage work and special access equipment require additional fees.
  • Installation does not include painting, metal work, electrical setup, or trunking.
  • Installer is not responsible for pre-existing pipe or drainage issues.
  • Installation guidelines must be followed; responsibility is waived if the customer insists on non-standard installation.
  • Choosing the correct AC capacity is the customer's responsibility.
  • Installer must test all units after installation.
  • Installer will provide a signed installation report upon completion.

    Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation Before Installation

      Customers may cancel by contacting support during business hours. A 5% administrative fee applies.

      Cancellation Upon Delivery

    • Units must be in original condition.
    • Units must be in original packaging.
    • All accessories must be included.
    • Delivery fee of 100 SAR + 5% administrative fee.
    • Refunds processed within 14 business days.
    • An authorized adult (18+) must be present at delivery to avoid rescheduling.

    Return & Refund Policy

    No refund is allowed if installation has started or been completed.

    Damaged Units Policy

    Units damaged upon delivery will be replaced at no extra cost.

    Payment Policy

    Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards may be used through the payment gateway.
  • Bank transfer verification takes up to 48 hours; delivery within 7 business days after confirmation.
  • SADAD terms apply.
  • Payment links may be managed by third-party providers.
  • Customer is responsible for information provided to third-party payment services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party misuse of customer-provided information.
  • We protect all customer information submitted through our website.
  • All links are provided for customer convenience.

    Tools of the Future provides no warranty for accuracy and is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
